Cancellation Policy

By purchasing any class, package, or service from Ericeira Pilates, you agree to comply with the Studio Rules. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services. Class Reservations and Cancellations Class Booking: Reservations for classes can be made by pre-booking through our WhatsApp. Ensure you book ahead of time as there is a limited number of Reformers Cancellations: To cancel a class reservation, please do so at least 24 hours prior to the start of the class. Failure to cancel within this timeframe or a no-show will result in the loss of that class (or a charge) without refund. Waitlist: If a class is fully booked, you may join a waitlist. Should a spot open up, you will be notified and automatically added to the class. Personal Sessions: If you're attending private or semi-private sessions, communicate any concerns, goals, or preferences with your instructor beforehand to tailor the experience. Payments and Refund Policy Payments: All class purchases, packages, and merchandise must be paid for in full at the time of booking or purchase. Non-Refundable Policy: All purchases of classes or packages are final and non-refundable. Packages are personal, non-transferable, and must be used within the specified time frame. Unused classes within a package are non-refundable. Expiration of Packages: Each package is subject to an expiration date, which will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase. After the expiration date, any unused classes will be forfeited.
