Energizing 50-Minute Workout
(Reformer, Mat, or Barre)
We begin with a 50-minute full-body workout tailored to your fitness level.
Whether it’s a Reformer, Mat, or Barre class, each session is designed to activate and engage your muscles, boosting circulation and creating the perfect balance of strength and flexibility.
Expect a dynamic flow that challenges your core, improves posture, and leaves you feeling strong and centred.
This workout prepares your body and mind for the upcoming immersion, creating the foundation for a truly revitalizing experience.
Breathwork Session
Next, we transition into a calming and focused breathwork session to prepare for the ice bath.
Breath control is key to managing the physical and mental challenges of cold exposure, and this guided session helps prepare you for the ice bath.
The breathwork practice centres on deep, controlled breathing to calm your nervous system, enhance oxygen flow, and increase mindfulness.
You'll learn techniques to manage stress, anxiety, and discomfort, which you’ll use during the ice bath to maintain calm and stay present.
Guided Ice Bath Immersion
Under the careful guidance of our experienced instructor, each participant will immerse themselves in the ice bath individually, ensuring a focused, one-on-one experience.
Ice baths are renowned for their physical benefits—improved circulation, reduced inflammation, faster muscle recovery—as well as their mental benefits, such as enhanced resilience and mental clarity.
As you step into the cold water, you’ll apply the breathwork techniques to remain calm, steady your mind, and experience the profound effects of cold therapy.
Each person’s time in the ice bath is adjusted to their comfort level, ensuring a safe and transformative experience.
Post-Ice Bath Recovery and Snack
After the ice bath, you’ll enjoy a warm, nourishing snack to help restore your energy and rehydrate.
This part of the experience allows your body to transition from the intensity of cold exposure back into a state of comfort.
The snack is designed to replenish nutrients and promote recovery, giving you the fuel you need to feel balanced and restored.
Group Reflection and Sharing
We close the experience with a group reflection, where participants are encouraged to share their personal experiences, thoughts, and feelings about the ice bath and the overall session.
This final phase creates a sense of community and connection, allowing everyone to reflect on their journey in a supportive and open environment.
Whether it’s discussing breakthroughs, challenges, or newfound insights, this shared moment reinforces the power of the experience and leaves participants feeling renewed and connected.

The water stays between 8–12°C, and you can dip for 3 to 10 minutes, depending on your comfort and experience level.
This is a self-guided experience, no coaching, just you and the cold.
Preparing for the Plunge
If you’re attending a class, you may use the indoor bathroom to get changed before your plunge.
After the ice bath, you can use the outdoor shower (with warm water) and get dressed behind the shower screen.
Re-entry into the studio after the plunge isn’t possible as we want to avoid interrupting ongoing classes.
We recommend bringing a swimsuit, a towel, and easy-to-change clothes.

Studio Clients
Add-on to your reformer class €10 per ice-bath session.
Ice Bath Pass: 5 sessions for €45 / 10 sessions for €80.
Passes are exclusive to current reformer clients.
Booking is Required
Please book your ice bath session at least 48 hours in advance by WhatsApp.
All payments are upon booking.
If you’re using a pass, the session will be automatically deducted upon booking.
