Base Flow
This class is perfect for beginners or anyone looking to master the fundamentals of Pilates.
In BaseFlow, your instructor will guide you step-by-step through the basics, from understanding the reformer to executing the moves and exercises with confidence.

This 50-minute session focuses on slow, controlled transitions and the core principles of Pilates, ensuring you build a solid foundation for your practice.

Whether you’re new to the reformer or want to refine your technique, this class will help you develop strength, alignment, and body awareness at a comfortable pace.

Power Flow
Introducing our signature class, classical Pilates with a blend of contemporary.
This POWER class is set to upbeat, dynamic music.
It's a full-body workout being done at a faster pace, pushing you through a series of strengthening, mobility and flexibility exercises.
You’ll engage in dynamic movements designed to challenge your muscles and build endurance.
This 50 minute class is perfect for intermediate to advanced practitioners who are ready for an intense, muscle-burning session. It’s a full-body burn that leaves you feeling powerful and strong.
We recommend completing at least 8 BaseFlow classes before joining this class to ensure proper form and technique.

Mama Flow
Reformer Classes for You and Your Baby!
Our Mama Flow Pilates classes are thoughtfully crafted for moms and their babies up to eight months old or until they start crawling.

These sessions focus on relieving tension in the lower back and shoulders, lengthening the spine, and gently strengthening your core to support your body during this special time. We’ll also work on minimizing abdominal separation, helping you feel strong, energized, and ready for your daily routine with your little one.

Each 50-minute class offers a wonderful opportunity to connect with your body, bond with your baby, and enjoy some much-needed “me time.” Babies are welcome to join in and be part of this nurturing experience.

At Ericeira Pilates, we understand the unique physical and emotional journey of motherhood. Whether you’re six weeks postpartum or a new mom with a little one, our Mama Flow classes are here to support, strengthen, and uplift you.

Please note: these classes require a minimum of two moms and their babies to take place.

Private & Duo Classes

Duo Flow
Discover the joy of shared commitment in our duo class sessions.

Recovery Flow
This personalized session is designed for those who aren’t yet ready to join group classes.
Whether you’re recovering from an injury, healing postpartum, or simply need a gentler, more supportive approach to movement.

Just like our other 1:1 sessions, this class is fully tailored to your unique needs. Whether you’re a new mother adjusting after birth (vaginal or C-section) or navigating recovery from injury or physical limitations, our goal is to support your journey safely and effectively.

While I’m not a physiotherapist, I’m trained in rehabilitation-focused Pilates, and I aim to guide you with knowledge, care, and respect for where your body is right now.

Rehabilitation After Injury
Think of this class as the essential counterbalance to intense, high-energy workouts.
A slower, deeply focused flow that emphasizes mobility, flexibility, breath, and mindful movement, to help you release tension, restore function, prevent further injury, and build long-term resilience.

Postpartum Recovery
Giving birth is a powerful transformation, physically and emotionally.

Rehabilitating the pelvic floor is especially important after birth, whether vaginal or C-section, and our sessions will support that gently and progressively.
